The Novusyn Research CJC-1295 reconstitution calculator is a laboratory math tool for investigators preparing lyophilized CJC-1295 research vials (with or without DAC). Enter vial mass (mg), bacteriostatic water volume (mL), and target mass per draw (mcg); the tool returns concentration, draw volume, and syringe units. Research use only; access restricted to users 21+ per our compliance policy.
CJC-1295 is a long-acting analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). The "with-DAC" form is conjugated to a drug affinity complex for extended plasma half-life; the "without-DAC" form (sometimes labelled Mod GRF 1-29) is shorter-acting. Research vials of either form are typically supplied lyophilized at 2–10 mg. Reference concentrations: 2 mg + 1.0 mL = 2 mg/mL (200 mcg = 10 units on U-100); 5 mg + 2.0 mL = 2.5 mg/mL (200 mcg = 8 units); 5 mg + 1.0 mL = 5 mg/mL (200 mcg = 4 units).
